Xi Wen (Carys) Chan

Xi Wen (Carys) Chan is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the School of Applied Psychology in Griffith University, Bridsbane, Australia. She was previously a Lecturer in Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. She received her PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources from The Australian National University in 2018. She conducts research on the work–life interface of various occupations (e.g. nurses, social workers, flexible knowledge workers, and public servants) with a focus on flexible/remote working, work–life boundary management, and self-efficacy to regulate work and life.
