Associate Professor at the Behavioural Science Institute, Radboud University

Yannick Griep is an Associate Professor at the Behavioural Science Institute at Radboud University and an Extraordinary Full Professor at North-West University. He is the brain behind business brilliance and the maestro of management mishaps. With a Ph.D. in Management and a knack for turning boardroom blunders into teachable moments, he has spent his life deciphering the cryptic language of spreadsheets and making pie charts laughable. With an infectious laughter that rivals a hyena, he’s not just a professor; he’s a management magician.

His research focuses on temporal dynamics associated with psychological contract breaches and how these dynamics influence employees’ propensity to engage in dysfunctional behavior, akin to health and well-being at work. Furthermore, he is interested in the neuro-physiology underlying behavior.

He has published his research in leading journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Group & Organization Management, Computers in Human Behavior, Business Research Quarterly, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.

He is the Editor in Chief for Group and Organization Management, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
