I used mathematical models to describe resting state function brain networks, either a statical network or a dynamic network. In one of my project, I used machine learning models to classify sex and later using that model to establish a brain description of human gender. Another project concentrate on dynamic functional networks. I used dynamic quantities from information to delineate the temporal functional network and then studied its relationship with genes and behaviors.
