Research Professor of Education and Economics, Georgetown University

I am a Research Professor of Education and Economics at the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, where I lead research projects that leverage insights from labor and behavioral economics to promote educational opportunity, equity, and economic mobility. My work is motivated by the goal of improving college and later life outcomes for members of historically marginalized groups to achieve shared economic growth and prosperity in the United States. I earned a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University, a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a doctorate in Quantitative Policy Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
