Aaron Giovannone

I am a poet as well as an essayist on literature and culture. My nonfiction has appeared or is forthcoming in The Walrus, Brick, and Vice, and I have published two collections of poetry: The Nonnets (Book Thug, 2018) and The Loneliness Machine (Insomniac, 2013). Originally from St. Catharines, Ontario, I have a Ph.D. in English from the University of Calgary, and I have lived in Italy, including a year as a visiting researcher at the University of Siena.
