Adam Bryant Miller

Research Assistant Professor, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specialized in child and adolescent mental health. My program of research focuses on interactions between biological and psychological mechanisms of adolescent health risk behaviors with a specific emphasis on adolescent suicide. In a related line of research, I focus on mechanisms linking early life adversity (such as childhood maltreatment) to adolescent suicide and psychopathology. I have both clinical and research experience with adolescent populations.
