Albert Sabater Coll

Albert Sabater is Serra Húnter’s Associate Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences at the University of Girona.

He holds a PhD in Census and Survey Research from the University of Manchester (Cathie Marsh Institute for Social Research) and Masters in Social Research Methods and Statistics (University of Manchester) and Demography (Autonomous University of Barcelona). He has been Marie Sklodowska-Curie predoctoral researcher from the European Commission and postdoctoral researcher from the Economic and Social Research Council at the University of Manchester, Juan de la Cierva Fellow at the Center for Demographic Studies (Autonomous University of Barcelona), and Research/ESRC Fellow at the Center for Housing Research and the Center for Population Change (University of Saint Andrews). He has enjoyed research visits to the Office of Population Research (Princeton University) and the Oxford Institute of Population Aging (University of Oxford).
