Alexandra S. Rome

Assistant Professor of Marketing, ICN Business School

Alexandra S. Rome is an assistant professor of marketing at ICN Business School and holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses broadly on consumer culture with a focus on gender, sexuality, and the market mediation of social life. Her current research agenda includes several projects exploring the pornification of culture and the role of digital technologies in consumption, intimate relationships, and in the production of space. Her work has been presented at various international conferences and published in Marketing Theory, the Journal of Strategic Marketing, and the Journal of Place Management and Development.
