I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Health and Wellness Lab at the University of Calgary. I have a PhD in Health and Exercise Psychology and am a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. My research is focused on developing and testing physical activity interventions to promote health and quality of life for a range of different groups, with a special focus on young people affected by cancer. Internationally, I am co-leading the development of movement guidelines for children and adolescents affected by cancer. Locally, I am developing in-hospital physical activity programming for children and adolescents undergoing treatment for cancer.
