Andrew Colefax

I have recently completed my PhD, which was focused on developing the use of drones (and related technology) as an effective marine aerial survey platform for detecting sharks. I am now involved with a few projects including drone-based behavioural research on whale and dolphin populations, and machine learning for automated detection.
