Andrew Fletcher

Andrew Fletcher teaches radio and TV journalism at the University of Salford. His areas of interest are investigative journalism and mobile journalism.
Alongside his teaching he remains an active journalist, reporting and presenting for ITV Granada Reports, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 5 Live.
Andrew has been a broadcast journalist for more than 20 years, including 12 years as a reporter and presenter for BBC Radio 5 Live. Previously he spent 4 years at BBC Radio One as a reporter and presenter for 'Newsbeat' and newsreader on the Sara Cox Breakfast Show. He has also worked at BBC local radio stations in Leeds, Coventry, Birmingham and London.
