Dr. Anita Jack-Davies is an academic and cross-cultural expert. She specializes in equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a specific focus on leadership development. Dr. Jack-Davies is currently Assistant Dean-Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Indigenization in the Faculty of Arts & Science and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Urban Planning at Queen's University. She is founder of Mosaic Cross-Cultural Solutions (www.crossculturalmosaic.com), a firm that specializes in EDI strategic planning, training and development and is author of "Lawrencia's Last Parang: On Loss & Belonging as Black in Canada" (Inanna, In Press).
