Dr. Toebosch is the Director of Dutch and Flemish Studies in the Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures at the University of Michigan. She teaches a series of Dutch language courses in addition to culture courses about the Dutch-language area. Her culture courses focus on race and ethnicity issues in Dutch politics and cultural-history.
