Epidemiologist at University of Oxford, University of Oxford

Bethan recently completed her DPhil in Women's and Reproductive Health at the University of Oxford where she worked on an epidemiological study in Northern Cyprus, investigating the prevalence of endometriosis and its effect on women (symptoms, quality of life, economic burden) as well as potential risk factors.

Prior to this she completed her MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology, also at the University of Oxford, where she spent time in Guanghzou, China investigating the role of maternal weight gain velocity in relation to infant anthropometric outcomes. She has previously worked at UNICEF and Public Health England and holds a BSc in Biology at the University of Leeds.
