Bradley is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Politics and International Relations (PAIR) at the University of Southampton. He has previously worked as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Birmingham and Leicester, and a Research Assistant at the University of Sheffield.

Bradley's current research examines the organisational and ideological evolution of progressive political networks in the digital age. He has recently published in internationally renowned journals including Political Studies and the British Journal of Politics and International Relations, and has been commissioned to research the links between the British Labour Party and social movements for the Foundation for European Progressive Studies.
