Research associate, Flinders University

Branko Zajamsek finished his PhD concerning wind turbine noise generating mechanisems and perception in 2017 at UNSW in Sydney. Currently he is a research associate working on the NHMRC project investigating the effects of wind farm noise on sleep.

Branko's research interests and expertise are in the following areas:

Aeroacoustics and flow induced noise: understanding and controlling noise generated by fluid flow.
Acoustics and noise control: general acoustics, acoustic beamforming, environmental noise measurements, listening tests
Wind tunnel testing: aerodynamic measurement, anechoic/aeroacoustic testing
Sleep science: effects of noise on sleep
