Post-doctoral Research Assistant in Molecular Ecology, Aberystwyth University

Caitlin Potter is currently a postdoctoral researcher working on the PollerGEN project at the University of Aberystwyth, using metabarcoding to identify airbourne pollen. She previously completed a PhD at the University of Bangor, studying the effects of drought on the microbial communties in peat soils, before doing her first postdoctoral postion at Bournemouth University where she worked on projects to study bee foraging in urban environments and the distribution of Shad (Alosa spp.) in a British river.
