Senior Lecturer in Media, Glasgow Caledonian University

After a Masters in Film Production at the Northern Film School, specialising in Art Direction, Catriona completed a PhD at Stirling University entitled “Bloodspirits: A Jungian Approach to the Vampire Myth”. She joined the staff at Caledonian in 2005 where she teaches media policy, history and theory of film. She is also programme leader and teaches on MA TV Fiction Writing.

Dr Miller's interests are in the areas of Film and Television Studies, Jungian Film and TV Studies, Horror, Science Fiction and Cult Genres and Writing for Television.

She is a Member of the International Association of Jungian Studies and on the Editorial Board – International Journal for Jungian Studies (Taylor & Francis).
