Channah is a PhD candidate working in the area of Early Judaism as a major, and a minor in Early Christianity. Her research interests are situated around history, gender, poetry, and text criticism in ancient Judaism and the Dead Sea Scrolls. She is particularly interested in studying feminine imagery found in the Scrolls and what role it plays in the larger corpus. In the past, Channah has focused on the Hebrew Bible, more specifically, studying feminine imagery in Hebrew poetry. Channah has a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Theology.
