Chloé Berland

I studied genetics at the University Paris Diderot before joining the lab of Dr Luquet for my PhD. I enjoyed this time to learn about the exciting mechanisms in charge of feeding regulation, and focused more specifically in the feeling of pleasure and reward that occurs when mammals eat fat. I am now expanding my research at the University of Colombia, in the lab of Dr Ferrante to understand how fat storage in organisms dialog with the brain to control appetite.
