I joined the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program in 2019 after earning a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri. I am funded on a University Fellowship and am a research assistant on the Grand Challenges Long Term Recovery Project.
Broadly, my research interests are in event-level predictors of alcohol problems and risky behavior. Specifically, I am interested in looking at how alcohol expectancies and drinking motives can change over time and how differing mood states and situations (i.e. abstinence periods) affect this change.
