Christina Zhao is a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Patricia Kuhl’s lab, where she recently obtained her Ph.D. in 2015. Her background includes Speech and Hearing Sciences, Psychology, Biology and Piano Performance. Her research concerns how the human brain processes complex sounds, such as speech and music and how experience influences these neural processes. She has so far conducted research using behavioral and electrophysiological methods (MEG, EEG) in both adults and infants.
