Dr. Christine Lee is a Research Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Associate Director of the Center of the Study for Health and Risk Behaviors at the University of Washington. Dr. Lee’s work focuses on studying the etiology and prevention of high-risk alcohol and marijuana use during young adulthood, including motivations for use, event-specific high-risk use (e.g., 21st birthdays), and brief interventions for college students and young adults.
