Constance Gikonyo

Dr Constance Gikonyo teaches law at the University of Nairobi. She's also an adjunct lecturer at the Strathmore University. With effect from 20 April 2023, she has been serving as a member of the Capital Markets Tribunal. Her research focuses on areas of maritime law, anti-money laundering, asset forfeiture and the connection between money laundering and aspects of transnational organised crime. Further research interests are in illicit financial flows related to wildlife crimes and criminal justice strategies to combat wildlife crime.
