Corinne L. Mason

Associate Professor, Women's and Gender Studies, Mount Royal University

I am Associate Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies at Mount Royal University. My research program explores the institutionalization of feminist and queer logics. I investigate how social justice concerns become “crises” to be managed by organizations. Grounded in a commitment to activists working both inside and outside institutions, my program of research offers critical insights into the realities of those working for change. I specialize in the areas of sexualized and gendered violence, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, EDI, and reproductive justice.
