Pr Corinne Miceli-Richard is rheumatologist at Cochin hospital, head of the spondyloarthritis (SpA) outpatient’s clinic. She is strongly involved in translational and fundamental research in SpA with a “Contrat d’interface” between Pasteur Institute (Paris) and the department of rheumatology of Cochin hospital that allows her to dedicate half of her time to translational research. She has a long-standing experience in translational research with a first “Contrat d’Interface INSERM” for fundamental research for 10 years (2003-2013).
She is deeply involved in the field of SpA as member of the ASAS group and past head of the scientific committee of DESIR cohort. Furthermore, she has been already involved in programs aiming to identify parameters able to predict response to anti-TNF in RA and SpA patients (Cui et al, 2016; Pavy et al. 2010; Miceli-Richard et al, 2010) or associated with the loss of the response due to the development of anti-drug antibodies (Vincent et al. 2016; Sigaux et al. 2017). Other fields of interest are epigenetic regulation and genetic factors associated with the structural severity of axial SpA.
