Craig W. Stevens

Professor of Pharmacology, Oklahoma State University

Craig W. Stevens, Ph.D., is a Professor of Pharmacology at Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his training at University of Illinois in Chicago for a M.S. in Biomedical Sciences and at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for a Ph.D. in Pharmacology. After a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Minnesota, he joined the faculty of OSU-CHS in 1990. His research interests include all things opioids, and has published on the topics of the opioid epidemic, the evolution of opioid receptors, and interaction of the opioid and neuroimmune systems.
