Assistant Professor in Accounting, University of Guelph

Daniela Senkl is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Management at the University of Guelph. Her research focuses on impacts of accounting on the environment and society in both Western and non-Western contexts. In her work, she has explored how communities are represented in corporate sustainability reports, and how community members experience company-community relationships. As such, she is also interested in the co-operative sector. Daniela has provided theoretically informed critique on sustainability standards and reporting initiatives using a feminist lens.
