Daryl is a principal research scientist within the Managing Water Ecosystems group of the Biodiversity and Ecosystem Knowledge Program in CSIRO Land and Water. Daryl has more than 25 years’ experience in the ecology of freshwater ecosystems. His primary research interests are in the dispersal in space and time of dormant propagules of plants and invertebrates and how dormancy promotes resilience of these communities to adverse environmental conditions
