Doctoral Candidate in Leadership/Organization Studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Research interests include moral injury and moral distress in regular work. This research explores the personal impact of transgression–i.e., when individuals behave in ways counter to their moral beliefs and betrayal–i.e., when the behaviors of others violate the individual's moral belief. Over 10 years of teaching experience.
