Professor of Endocrinology, University of Oxford

I am a researcher interested in how the circadian clock regulates health, and response to disease. I work in the Radcliffe Department of Medicine at the University of Oxford. I am medically qualified, and provide NHS services at the Churchill Hospital, as well as running a research group working on sleep, and circadian biology. We have a major focus on inflammation, and the cells and molecules which are required to both mount an inflammatory response, and those which resolve inflammation, and lead to a return to normal function.
