Dominic Barker

I am about to start my third year of my DPhil (PhD) in History at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford, where I hold the Frances Lannon Scholarship. I specialise in the American conservative movement from the New Deal to the present. Currently, I am writing my thesis on the political philosophy of Ronald Reagan and the rise of modern conservative movement.

I have previously lectured at Ruskin College, won an award from the American Politics Group, and currently act as a historical consultant to Netflix.
