Professor and researcher at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and at the Independent School of Law (ELD) where he directs the CyberEthics Center. Previously, he worked as Vice-Minister of Public Administration to Mexico’s presidency, as well as Deputy Attorney General in Human Rights to the Office of the Attorney General.
