Public Health Physician/ Implementation Scientist, University of Alberta

Ejemai is a public health physician, implementation scientist and certified Project Management Professional. Having obtained his Medical Degree in Nigeria, he studied for an MSc in Public Health (Health Services Management) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in implementation Science at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. . He works as a Senior Health Systems Specialist at the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Nigeria where he is involved in Primary Healthcare Policy Development, Monitoring & Evaluation of PHC interventions as well as disease surveillance and control (particularly Poliomyelitis and Measles). He is also a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta, Canada.
