I coach senior executives who seek to pivot their careers or the organizations they lead; research how people interpret data, justify beliefs and form identities; and write about how these topics impact everyday life.
Before launching my coaching business, I directed the Mandel Leadership Institute in Jerusalem for over a decade. I’ve been a visiting professor at The George Washington University, Stanford University and the University of Washington. I grew up in London and hold masters’ degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Cambridge and a doctorate in the Psychology of Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
