Architect and urban planner by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She has completed her background with the master “Villes Durables” (Institut Français d’Urbanisme, 2014) and “Arquitectura Bioclimática y Medio Ambiente” (UPM, 2019). PhD on Sustainability and Urban Regeneration (UPM, 2023), spezialized on urban health and dementia-friendly environments. Since 2022 she works in Matia Instituto Gerontológico as researcher in architecture and design. She is also co-founder of mita atelier studio, with a focus on wellbeing and physical environment. She has been coordinator of several European projects in the EIT Health network at UPM (2019-2021). She combines her research experience with professional work and collaborates with different architecture and urban planning studios integrating her interdisciplinar vision and international experience. Since 2006 she has been engaged and continue to collaborate with different NGOs and associations in projects of social inclusion and equity.
