I practised as a solicitor in both private practice and for local authorities, before moving to academia and working for the Open University in 2006. I work as part of the Open University's Open Justice Centre which provides online opportunities for students to provide legal advice and information to the public. I research online legal education, including using technology to enhance teaching, learning, student support and access to justice.
