Eve Mackinnon

I did an undergraduate at Edinburgh University, graduating with an MA in Geography in 2005.
I worked in humanitarian contexts with MSF, ACF, Oxfam and other INGO's from 2008-2015 since finishing my Masters at Cranfield. I was a water and sanitation specialist, specialising in increasing access and quality to water and sanitation in displaced and refugee populations.
I am now studying for a PhD in environmental engineering, looking at how to ensure safe management of non-sewered sanitation options. I am using case studies to investigate risks and control measures.
