Fabien Littel

(He / Him)
Postgraduate Researcher and PhD Student in Organisational Behaviour, University of Southampton

Following a first Masters in Human Resources and a twenty-year career in various disciplines of Human Resources for large multinational companies, I decided in 2020 to resume my academic career, and started by studying and obtaining an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, as a part-time distance learner. As part of my MSc, I conducted a research project on the moral conflict experienced by people working in the Defence industry, using a Foucauldian Discourse Analysis.
Subsequently, I decided to move full-time towards a new career in academia, and was granted a scholarship to pursue a PhD with the University of Southampton, in the department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. My research focuses on the construction of moral subjectivities related to climate change for people working in the oil and gas industry.
