Fina Itriyati

The author is a lecturer in the Department of Sociology, UGM. She has completed her PhD thesis in Anthropology at the School of Archeology and Anthropology, College of Arts and Social Sciences, Australian National University (ANU). The author is interested in research in the fields of gender, culture and society, embodiment, disability, disasters and human rights issues. She is also a member of the Indonesian Sociology Association, International Sociological Association (ISA) and is a permanent editor of the ISA Global Dialogue Newsletter region of Indonesia.
