Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Deakin University

Dr Fiona Gray is a Research Fellow of Urban Design and Ecologies in the Centre for Regional and Rural Futures at Deakin University. She has a focused interest in urban revitalisation and the processes that shape cities and towns to improve vitality and make meaningful connections between people and places. Her work has been recognised via industry and academic awards including the Neil Archbold Medal and David Saunders Prize. Fiona is the Victorian State Chair of the Australasian Early Career Urban Researcher Network and sits on the Board of Creative Geelong Inc. She is also a registered architect with industry experience across a broad range of government and private sector projects.
