Freya received her undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford in 2018. She also completed an MSc in 2021 in Applied Paediatric Neuropsychology, with her thesis examing language in children with Rasmussen Syndrome. She is currently doing a PhD at UCL in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience focusing on language plasticity in children with epilepsy.
Freya also worked as a research assistant focusing on sex and gender differences in interoception, and the implications for emotional ability and mental health.
