Gideon Pogrund

Rabbi Gideon Pogrund is the founding director of the Ethics and Governance Think Tank at the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Working with senior business, government and civil society leaders, the Think Tank's purpose is to influence South African business to follow a more ethical approach and thereby help secure a more successful, sustainable future for the business community and the country. He established the Ethics Barometer for South African business, applying a Harvard Business School (HBS) research instrument and surveying over 10,000 employees from 20 of SA’s leading companies. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) named the Think Tank as one of its Innovations that Inspire.
