Gillian Leithman

Adjunct Professor, Aging and retirement Researcher and Practitioner, Soft Skills Trainer, Concordia University

Gillian holds an honour's undergraduate degree in Psychology, an MSc in Management and a multi-disciplinary Ph.D. in Management and Psychology. She is an adjunct professor at Concordia University where she teaches
Soft Skills and Managerial training in the John Molson School of Business. Her research interests include
the multigenerational workforce, age friendly organizations, retirement, and knowledge Management. She loves taking social science research and translating into practice.

When she is not teaching, Gillian facilitates soft skills seminars and workshops in corporate Canada and she designs and delivers programs for employees, and entrepreneurs on how to plan for their future after work- which may include work!
