Giuliana Liberto

PhD candidate, Western Sydney University

Giuliana Liberto is a PhD candidate at Western Sydney University. She was a sessional academic at the University of Newcastle for five years from 2018-2021. Prior to that, she worked with at-risk families at the Benevolent Society, and developed and co-managed Gosford's Living Library. Her research interests include home education, the impacts of regulation on children and families, learning and wellbeing, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and childhood trauma.
