Haleigh Bartos comes to the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy & Technology (CMIST) with more than a decade of experience working in Washington, DC to support policy and at various NGOs. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Haleigh’s area of research is sub-Saharan Africa.
