I currently coordinate the research and outreach activities for the Center for Research on Ingredient Safety. My work experience at Michigan State University has included research project management and administration for a wide array of research topics, including toxicology, animal science and human nutrition. I am credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with work experience in community mental health. I have a BS in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Abilene Christian University and completed my dietetic internship at Western Michigan University. I am currently working toward a master’s degree in Food Safety at Michigan State University.
