After working for some time as a medical doctor, Ihsan went to Oxford to learn epidemiology and medical statistics. He later worked as a research associate in the Department of Biostatistics at King’s College London while also further trained in applied statistical modelling. In 2021, Ihsan joined the now Oxford University Clinical Research Unit Indonesia as an applied statistician and continues devoting more of his time to medical and population health research.
