After working some time as a primary care physician, Ihsan went to Oxford to learn epidemiology and medical statistics. He later worked as a research associate in the department of biostatistics at King’s College London while also further trained in applied statistical modelling. In 2021, Ihsan joined the Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit as an applied statistician and continues devoting more of his time to medical and population health research.
