Ingrid Kajzer Mitchell

Associate Professor, School of Business, Royal Roads University

Ingrid Kajzer Mitchell is an Associate Professor in Marketing at Royal Roads University. She holds a PhD from Strathclyde University (Scotland), and a Master’s degree in International Marketing. Kajzer Mitchell’s research interests include marketing, sustainability, organizational creativity, and social change. For the past two decades she has examined market and organizational responses to sustainability. Most recently she has been collecting stories on how marketing professionals establish their identity, who they are, and how they work in light of the sustainability challenges of our time. Kajzer Mitchell is also currently working on a research project examining how purpose-driven Canadian SME are accelerating climate action.

Kajzer-Mitchell’s work has been published in Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Change Management, Journal of Organisational Change Management, and Journal of Management Education.
