Jacqueline Baxter is Professor of Public Policy in The Department for Public Leadership and Social Enterprise (PuLSE) at the triple accredited Open University Business School, Principal Fellow of the HEA and Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. She is Director of the Centre for Research and Innovation in online legal and business education and chair on the MBA programme.
Her interests lie in the area of public sector leadership, governance and accountablity - exploring the and challenges faced by public services in the UK.
She also publishes in the area of online learning in business, and is particularly interested in online teaching identity and how school leaders plan for digital learning in their schools.
